Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problems of mediation in administrative legal proceedings. It is alleged that it is an effective alternative way of disputes settling. The authors pay attention on the problems that arise in mediation applying. The authors analyze the positive foreign experience on this issue. Proposals for improving domestic legislation are provided there.
