Summary/Abstract: Contemporary unions, the broadest workers’ organization, act under far more complex and various economic, political and some other conditions; they exist and act in capitalistic countries (developed and underdeveloped ones), in socialist countries (in the different phases and conditions of the construction of socialism), in the former colonial countries, in the countries where political orders differ considerably. Therefore they must help the definite economic, social and political movement, because the realization of trade union tasks depends on these factors.
