The execution of administrative decision concerning non-monetary liability

Summary/Abstract: The execution of administrative decision includes non-monetary liabilities that result from the construction law, enviroment protection law, traffic code, tax law, etc. Not fulfilling such liability leads to legal consequences, regardless of the type of the liability. The lack of importance of the type is caused by the fact that the act on administrative proceedings applies to all that stay whithin public administration. Executive proceedings are enforcement proceedings. They are a type of law enforcement. It allows fulfilling the liability in a situation, in which the debtor avoids fulfilling it. The number of non-monetary liabilities is unfortunately growing, their fulfilling decreases and the execution is virtually non-existent.
