Summary/Abstract: In this article I will investigate the vocation and the formation of the apostle Peter. According to this study Peter’s life can be divided into three parts: Peter– fisherman, Peter–disciple, Peter–the head of the first church. I will shortly discuss the most important moments of Peter’s life and the turning points of his formation.
