Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the work consists in viewing upon the relation of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia and self-governing social structure and especially in viewing of the role of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia in the process of transformation from etatistical-bureaucratic into self-governing structure. The article has the following essential elements: Introductory part. I) The Process of Transformation and II) The Role of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia in that Process of Transformation.
