Summary/Abstract: The article describes computer and cyber crimes, especially its important part – cyber criminaliuty of the criminological point of view. Its gives some new views, which desscribe new names and terms of this criminality, the new forms of the cyber crimes, cyber security, charakters of the suspicious persons and the possibilities of the prevention. It is the ground for new thinking for the research of this problematic.
