Summary/Abstract: The article presents legal challenges, that must be tackled by Polish jurisprudence in the upcoming next hundred years of Polish independence. As the key challenge, the author has indicated adaptation of Polish law to an increasingly common use of artificial intelligence in everyday life. But, the author focused his attention to use of artificial intelligence in transport. Concepts of this issue sanctioning were indicated on examples of European Union and the United States of America.
