Summary/Abstract: In a rapidly changing business environment, innovation becomes a prerequisite for success or even the survival of an organization. With this, innovation finds a path and occupies the most important place in many organizations around the world. Innovation is one of the relevant factors for development of a company, as well as the key element for market competitiveness. It includes new ideas transformed and implemented in products, services and processes, which create a value for the company. Skill of a company consists in its ability to successfully manage a complex network of social, scientific, technological and business factors that result in actual innovation. The purpose of this paper was to point out, through literary overview, to a complex and dynamic relationship between the creativity of individuals, collective learning and knowledge exchange, as well as their impact on the creation of “organizational innovativity”.
