Summary/Abstract: Theodor-Cristian Popescu deals with the question of representation of theatre workers, both in state-funded and in the independent sphere. The director thinks that actors’ and directors’ interests are particular and different, but there are common grounds. The actor’s work is mainly creation, the possibilities of which might be limited by excessively strict regulations – instead of this the change inmentality and practice should be encouraged.
