Summary/Abstract: The reform of the enforcement procedure is introduced into our legal system a new lawyer’s profession - private bailiffs who carry out the procedure of execution in parallel with the existing court enforcement. The paper defines the basic powers, the conditions for the appointment and the importance of introducing professional enforcement of enforcement proceedings here.
