People and property protection security agencies within the system of national security

Summary/Abstract: Security agencies for protection of people and property have become a significant element of protection and shaping the order and public safety in our country since they started to be set up in 1989. They protect many important and key facilities for our society, including also ones forming part of crucial infrastructure and they could realize designated goals and be used within the national system of safety with success. Security agencies for protection of persons and property ensure protection during meetings, artistic events and sport events and might enter a tighter cooperation with for instance the police, fire departments, Armed Forces of Poland as well as other services. Security employees might be used in National Reserve Forces as it was indicated by M Kryłowicz in one of his elaborations. Security agencies for protection of persons and property should establish tighter cooperation with local government authorities as well as with municipal police through exchange of information on threats within the area of their operations. A wide scope of use of security agencies for protection of persons and property is also crisis management which could be developed by means of signing adequate agreements and their inclusion within the plans of crisis management.
