Summary/Abstract: The present paper discusses the tasks for the 12th grade in the Regional Mathematics Tournament in Kardzhali, held on 11.29.2014. Different approaches to their solutions are proposed. On the basis of the obtained results the authors analyze the level of preparation of participants in events of a similar type and make some suggestions for the improvement of the future work with outstanding students in mathematics.
