Summary/Abstract: Theatre sound and environment are notoriously different to preserve; archiving it does not really replace its presence in the original. Much like accoustemologic anthropologic records, theatre sound design can be registered only partially, and cannot be recreated fully within archival documentary. It includes spatial resonance, within the framework of auditory competence, involving all psychological and physical structures that make up theatre reality.
