Summary/Abstract: Today there is a powerful challenge to legal doctrine. It is associated without spreading into all spheres of life by artificial intelligence and new technologies(blockchain, artificial improving of the biological body and human abilities). In this regard, it is necessary to resolve a number of important issues concerning the possibility of recognizing artificial intelligence as the subject (person) of the legal relationship and the subject (person) of the crime, the qualification of the actions of the improved human and encroachment on him, finding the person of responsibility for decentralized legal entities.
