Summary/Abstract: The author discusses the issue of religion or belief discrimination in a workplace (private company), based on the conclusions drawn from the analysis of judgments of the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 14 March 2017 in cases of S. Achbita and A. Bougnaoui, and in the context of regulations referring to the EU Council Directive 2000/78/EC establishing a general framework for equal treatment in employment and occupation.
