Summary/Abstract: The aim of study was to find out the character of the youth’ interaction with computer games. The methods of study were a questionnaire; the random stratified selection of respondents; the MS Excel; descriptive statistics; and the tests of hypotheses. The study highlights the results that playing computer games within the shorter interval is already restricting young people in their social sphere and the acquirement of social workers’ ICT competence.
