Summary/Abstract: This article will discuss the issue of the cooperation between therapists and parents of children with special educational needs. The development of children with special educational needs depends on a number of factors that go beyond their own characteristics, capabilities or motivations. It is important to obtain professional help as early as possible, which involves not only the child but the whole family. It ought to be borne in mind that family plays a very important role in the revalidation of a person with a disability. This is why, an agreement between parents and specialists is so important.
