Analýza vzdělávání trenérů šermu v České republice
Analysis of education of fencing coaches in the Czech Republic

Summary/Abstract: The Czech fencing federation (CFF) is currently working on the renewal of systematic and systemic formal and informal coaching education. In this research we focused on the analysis of the external and internal conditions that influence the educational process and offers the coaches a possibility to influence the direction and content of coaching education through a questionnaire survey. The empirical part of the text describes the methodological aspects and selected results of carried out evaluation and research investigations, which will result in a comprehensive analysis of CFF in terms of the educational opportunities. The discussion analyzes the possible future development of coaching education and the problems they may encounter when implementing a new education program and the possibilities to avoid these problems.
