Summary/Abstract: Authors of the Croatian drama are present at the stage in the City of Neretva and before the formation of the Mostar Croatian National Theater. But since the constitution of the Croatian National Theater in Mostar (1994), Croatian drama and its stagings on this stage have aspecial signifi cance and role. It has been praised by many dramatic authors in the two and ahalf decade of Mostar’s CNT. They are present in dramatic performances and some painful issues that both in the family and in the society are quelled. Pieces of Croatian drama follow the path of the human soul, which is, at times, much more emotional than its identical worldviews. The works of Croatian drama performed on the scene of the Mostar CNT are,not uncommonly, an epic display of modern events that marked a period (a). Especially sucha thing is present in one composed space, among the part of the population, which makesthese drama very interesting. In the plays of the Croatian drama performed on the stage of theMostar CNT, a lot is specifi c for the national dramatic heritage. And that’s all that matters inthe life of an individual, and in society as well. And all this happens with the texts of Croatian dramatic authors.The plays based on the Croatian drama CNT Mostar profiles the repertoire concept, open to different genres and theatrical aesthetics, making it an attractive artistic focus, which in the best way realizes its mission and the sense of theatrical enthusiasm.
