Summary/Abstract: The contemporary fast-changing life requires development of various skills. Young people ought to be motivated towards participation in programs and implying their ideas in competitive environment. Carrying out activities and projects aids personal advancement of the youth. Such enterprise aims at creating a sense for innovation, teamwork, creativity and responsibility as well as strive for success, all of which are essential capabilities. This contributes to class activities, brings positive feelings and plays a key role in the success of the youth.
