Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present theoretical assumptions and empirical verification of resource connections and company management from the perspective of its strategy, taking into account the use of possibly broad sources of literature on the subject. At the beginning, I present the theoretical framework of the presented phenomena, pointing to the dilemma of the power and compromise and also I describe the processes of managerial behavior. In the next step I pay attention to the conceptualization of corporate culturalism, including the perspective of investment strategies in intangible resources. Finally, I present the mental outline of connected phenomena, creating a foundation for developing a combination of managerial behaviors with a binder, the main stakeholder, which is the client for the company. The substantive and scientific value of this study is expressed in the presentation of the topic taken from an unusual perspective, referring to a specific translation of the theory into research conclusions regarding managerial behavior towards various stakeholder groups. The original approach is different from the ones presented so far, with a look, to a large extent, using the latest literature sources, taking into account the complexity of strategic situations, integrated into the company’s problems from the perspective of resources, supremacy and strategy.
