Summary/Abstract: Between 1-5 June 2017 “Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University, Bucharest, has hosted and co-organized together with Communication University of China, from Beijing, China very special event, namely the subforum of WWUPF, on the topic of “Adaptability & Breakthrough: University’s Reform and Innovation in the New Ecology of Higher Education”, which rallied a number of more than 60 participants from over 15 countries.
