Summary/Abstract: The paper describes good practice in IT resource and service management, developed during the implementation of a pilot study of good governance of judiciary units in the project “PWP Education in the time and cost management of judicial proceedings – case management” of the Human Capital Programme. The paper presents a detailed description of good practice objectives and the effects of their implementation.
