Summary/Abstract: At the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn on April 24, 2018, the 5th National Conference on Process Law was held. Its purpose was to analyze legal norms regarding the command in court and administrative proceedings in the system of Polish and canon law as well as judicial cooperation in this matter. Numerous speakers and multidimensionality of the issues confirmed how important and needed is a scientific discussion and reflection not only of theoreticians of the law but also of its practitioners. Many of the issues raised should become a contribution to further scientific struggles at subsequent conferences.
