Summary/Abstract: The article highlights the role, the need to develop personal resources in people with disabilities as a condition of success in their professional orientation. The content of this article is an attempt to fi nd experimental research on the personal resilience of people with disabilities. In the end, some recommendations are proposed for the training of professional resources.
