The leaderr is firstly oriented on group creation and maintenance and secondly on tasks’ fulfillment. The manager is firstly oriented on problem solving and secondly on social functions. The comparative analysis of the leaders and managers stresses the fact that not all the managers are leaders and not all the leaders are also managers.
