Summary/Abstract: The shipowner's limitation of liability is not determined by the number of loaded containers but by the number of collets or units contained in the container. If the provisions in the cargo are otherwise stipulated, they shall be considered without effect on the basis of Art. III., par. 8 Hague Rules.
