Summary/Abstract: The way healthcare is organized is dependent on the value system of the country concerned. In this paper the authors describe the differences in thinking with the help of the 7 Mental Images Huib Wursten defined. It is about the what, how and who is involved in the approach to healthcare.Special attention is given to the cultural context of the acceptance of the influence of Government in management.
