Summary/Abstract: Formal education often does not create functionally literate individuals. To Have a person effective in the workplace and who is able to give the maximum to the community to which he belongs to , it is necessary to possess a built functional expertise. Does the application of Web 2.0 tools in education helps in construction of functional knowledge of our students? does it motivate students to express their creativity , communication skills and enthusiasm in the educational process? Can the application of ICT in education change the structure of traditional teaching and bring it closer to modern?
