COMMUNISM PERSECUTION FOR POLITICAL VIEW IN POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC VIEW IN THE CITY OF ELBASAN

Summary/Abstract: Communism in Albania was one form that is known in Albanian history as more radical than other communist states in Europe. After the fall of the political system of communism, Albania changed its course of political view in favor of a democratic state with all the difficulties of the long time of being isolated and with a strong economic crisis which helped the system to fall. However, the young Albanians learned about the difficult times for the people, not only for them that were targets of political system but also to their families, their friends and more people involved. In this view Elbasan during the communism time in Albania was chose as the main centre to develop industry making the region an important part of economic and urban life. In this view Elbasan still now is one of most important parts of economic and urban areas in Albania, but in a another time we will talk about its economic development and we will try to bring in view some document of Counsel of Ministers in relation with the Executive Comity of Elbasan were different families were persecuted for political views or links with enemies of Party State. Their persecution was firstly economic, social and prison form. This study is important in the Balkan history because most of the country were under this form of political system but with their original development and forms of economic development but were the same with a lot of persecuted people.
