Summary/Abstract: The author considered that the issue of the freedom of human will was old and at the same time it would always be new for man. There were many who considered it to be unclear in many respects, but actually everyone had some kind of a solution of one’s own because life required it. That issue was an acute problem of life. Everyone wanted to find out the answer of who was to blame and who was responsible for his fate, of whether he had been free, of whether it had depended on him personally, and of whether it had been within his power to be a different person. Man’s political views largely depended on the way he solved that issue and the means he would choose would put the blame on him.
