Summary/Abstract: Terminating international treaties that have been dully concluded and consequently – ratified or confirmed by Bulgaria is a procedure that was stipulated in the Constitution of Bulgaria from 1971 and Official Decree No1496 regarding the participation of the People’s republic of Bulgaria in international treaties. As of this moment, the procedure is stipulated in the Constitution of Bulgaria from1991 and the International treaties Act. The matter has also been explored by the Constitutional Court of Bulgaria. These acts have generally set up the international treaties terminating procedure. The present study explores the core differences between the two legal orders.
