Summary/Abstract: The author in this paper indicates on the importance of adequate organization of working places within the working area, as well as the importance of ergonomic analysis of the workplace. The paper is a representation of the results of the experiment that was conducted in the production process which includes 30 workers. The experiment is comparing data of the process before and after implementation of ergonomic analysis of work and allocation of working places. The paper shows that after ergonomic analysis and application of the results, indicators of the manufacturing process are much better and the production process is significantly improved.
