Summary/Abstract: In this paper are presented results of numerous researches on perpetrators and victims of sexual offences where the children as victims are excluded. In order to understand who actually are the perpetrators of sexual offences to the detriment of children, whether they differ from the rest of the population and in which manner they commit sexual offences over children. We have also presented the new phenomena of sexual abuse (seducing children) by using Internet and mobile phones, which, in regard to the behaviour of perpetrators, are described in details through four phases: the first phase-getting acquainted, the second phase-falling in love, the third phase-sending photos and video clips, the fourth phase-emotional blackmails and threats. The purpose of this paper is to get acquainted and warn, through detailed description of a manner of perpetration of sexual abuse over children by using the Internet and mobile phones, the experts and children, parents and the publicity about this negative social phenomenon more and more spreading in the country and the region. Our wish is to raise awareness of self-protective behaviour through getting acquainted and warning the children as well as their parents.
