Summary/Abstract: The demands placed upon teachers necessarily raise the question about the nature of knowledge and skills necessary to implement these requirements. The issue important for the teaching profession is whether that knowledge and skills are specific professional knowledge that other professions have? Is the teachers’ job just a matter of innate talent and love for the call or there are some solid professional knowledge that characterize this profession. The new school is approaching real life and the young people’s needs, offering a variety of activities and educational opportunities and encourage research of different strategies and methods. Modern education requires quality work that leads to copping in different situations. It allows students to say what they want, to participate in the planning and operation.
