Summary/Abstract: Numerous scientific analyses, based on official statistics published in the region and around the world point to the fact that there is extreme increase in the percentage of unsuccessful organizations with different business content and organization models that do business with difficulties, that are being closed down and stopped working. That is why this study aims to analyze the impact of various factors on the manner of doing business, namely entrepreneurship. The authors point to the connection between the perceptions of the key factors in starting entrepreneurial venture and the length of dealing with private business. Also, the paper suggests the factors of greatest importance for starting own business, what is the role of the state support and which knowledge entrepreneurs still need.
