Summary/Abstract: Partnership is not regarded as relation between lineral transmission from one partner to the other but as relation of commuting where everyone gets the same he/she offers. From the well organized and pedagogically clearly focused partnership depends more complete understanding and practical realization of the basic education goals. There are more and more authors who advocate realization of partnerships not only between educators and parents but even more establishing partnerships with children based on confidence, appreciation, respect, being with children on the same task, having common goal, certain rights and obligations. Kindergarten should be conceived and achieved as “Living space“, as a community of adults and children which have common areas of operation, common reasons and opportunities for learning, common problems and ideas whose function is gaining knowledge and competence.
