Summary/Abstract: The paper starts by explaining the term inclusion, the benefits of preschool inclusion and the role of educators in inclusive practice. The introduction of inclusion in preschool institutions directs attention to the construction of the kindergartens which are shaped according to the needs of children and society as a whole. Thus formed kindergarten respects diversity and contributes that each child develops into a person who critically evaluates and brings conclusions, builds their attitudes and beliefs. The roles of educators in inclusive kindergartens are becoming more complex, more accountable and more demanding.
