Summary/Abstract: In the context of the occurrences of crisis generating causes whose sources are found in the multitude of disputes of a historical, cultural, ethnic, religious or even educational nature, the adoption of operative thinking is a doctrinal actuality requirement. In this context, the use of operative art is a desideratum without which the existence of a doctrine would be devoid of gnoseological consistency.
