Summary/Abstract: The current article discusses the method of administrating evidence in criminal cases by some criminal investigating institutions, presents the normative reference in the matter and offers a solution for the problem litigation, while simultaneously presents the specific procedural sanctions in the extent to which the applicable legal prescriptions are violated.
