Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the increasing cultural diplomacy activities by Turkey towards to the Central Asian Turkish Republics after Cold War era. In this context, firstly, the concept of cultural diplomacy and the process of emergence of that concept are mentioned. After that, the initiatives made by Turkey in order to bring Central Asia countries together are presented to the reader in a chronological manner. Then, Republic of Turkey as a global cultural diplomacy conductor and her methods used in relations with Central Asia countries, which brought dynamic situation of the bilateral relations, has been discussed. It is followed by the examination of the important actors in the implementation of the concept of cultural diplomacy such as; TIKA, YTB, Yunus Emre Institute and Maarif Vakfı and their activities. On the other hand, Turkey’s actions are evaluated in terms of media, communications and other areas of cooperation which took significant place for cultural diplomacy. In the last part of the study, it has been revealed that what does the followed policy mean for Turkey and what has been gained by her with this policy.
