Summary/Abstract: It is very important to make a decision when the number of alternatives is high for a researcher. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making models that was produced to simplify this procedure, is used to decide among a large number of alternatives under certainty or uncertainty. In this study, data are taken from TurkStat, Continuing Vocational Training (CVT) in Enterprises 2015 for the six-digit economic activity classification were employed. The skills are targeted as the most crucial to be obtained and the enterprises accomplish to provide these skills were determined by AHP. As a result of the study, the most targeted skill in the courses provided by enterprises in the manufacturing sector is found as “Technical, practical or job-specific skills” while “wood, wood products and cork products manufacturing, furniture manufacturing and other production industries” is the most successful sector which achieves this target.
