The New Codes and Companies (commercial) – Brief Considerations

Summary/Abstract: Even though the New Civil Code received at the moment of it's release the attention that only a few legal documents have ever received before, its impact on comercial societies has been neglected. By it's innovations, it changes the perspective for some institutions from the comercial companies area and, at least at first sight, the effects of this changes should prove themselves as being beneficial. In the following, we will attempt to present the areas where the NCC contributes with significant changes. Of course, this article does not attempt to make a complete presentation. Actually, this article represents a starting point for the effective determination of the impact the NCC had on comercial societies.
