Summary/Abstract: The article reviews the evolutions recorded in the Armenia-Turkey relations during the last three year, evolutions that led to the announcement of opening talks for the normalizations of political, economical and diplomatic ties between the two countries (August 31, 2009) and to the signature of several bilateral accords (October 10, 2009).
