Contributions to the study of notarial enforceable titles

Summary/Abstract: The study below aims to a thorough analysis of the main authentic acts issued by the public notaries which are enforceable titles, considering also the legislative novelties regarding the parental and mediation agreement authenticated by the public notaries. Thus, the main objective of the scientific research on the enforceable title, as the basis of the forced execution, was to identify the notarial acts having enforceable power and, at the same time, to analyze the enforcement force of this category of extrajudicial titles. Starting from the premise that any person is recognized as having the right to obtain the claim resulting from a valid enforceable title, we have attempted not only to enumerate the enforceable titles, but also an analysis based on legal arguments.
