Summary/Abstract: The origin of this work can be found in the institution of the holy war (JI 4,9; Mi 3,5) in Israel, which lay on the experiences of God Jehovah who was the liberator and leader of the people. Although this institution went through very big changes, there is still one unchanged and important term of reference: Jehovah had the role of the defender of the right of people'S existence. The intercession for people and a man must not be taken as a religious war. The religious war is, in fact, leading a war in the name of its God against some other religion. God's experience of defending the justice and rights, in fact, the experience of God who is on the side ofthe good, had its shifts in different theology where Jehovah is not on the side of the Israeli people but everywhere where those values are jeopardized. In the New Testament, God announces and realizes the God's kingdom through Jesus, the kingdom which would not be based on the force and violence. On the contrary, the realization of his kingdom can be achieved by non-violence, that is, by taking on his own shoulders the burden of human destinies and liberation of people from the vicious circle of evil by the suffering of love.
