SYSTEMATIZING THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION

Summary/Abstract: The Europeization of education in Europe is an expected natural process which remains inevitable even without the integration of Europe. This statement can be supported by over thirty declarations, recommendations and decisions of multi-Iateral European and international associations which without exception plead for identical solutions within national systems. Thus, dealing with the issue of a close relationship between the Croatian system of education and the average imagined European system is one of the fundamental problems. The author deals with the basic questions of defining the system of education, and with the theoretical and conceptual determinants the system is based on, as well as numerous questions that were not taken into account, or at least, not as they should have been.
