Some considerations on remedies in the light of the New Code of Civil Procedure

Summary/Abstract: Appeals are necessary legal remedies when the judgment may be inappropriate or unlawful. From the practical point of view, it is important to know and understand the procedural rules by which these appeals are judged, especially their specificity in relation to the rules applicable to the first instance judgment. This article is intended to analyse some aspects in the matter of remedies governed by the New Civil Procedure Code in relation to the already established case law.
