Summary/Abstract: The articles treat the anti-Bulgarian policy in Serbia beginning in the first half of the 19th century. The main direction of the Serbian expansion to the south is Macedonia, which has for centuries been part of the Bulgarian state and the population of which has determined itself as Bulgarian even during the Renaissance. For the purpose to prove that Macedonia is inhabited by Serbs, the Serbian ruling circles use teachers, priests and scientists. Various means are applied – agents and detachments have been sent, special scholarships for the preparation of future propagandists of the Serbian idea like the case Kraste Missirkov are granted.
