Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the normative legal acts of France, Germany, Azerbaijan, as well as international treaties, the norms of which are directly related to the exercise of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly. Based on the comparative research method, reasoned conclusions are made about the advantages and disadvantages of the relevant legislation.
